Has been in the making for over 16 years after JANE lePAWAH kicked-out of the Banking System of Education hugely practiced across Africa.
The Banking System of Education is a form of colonial education wherein the learner is esteemed as a 'container' to which the teacher 'dumbs' his knowledge into.
Hardly ever are the learners given priority as dignified intellectual beings within the dynamics and context of the banking system of Education.
They are only allowed to think through the teacher as passive stakes of their own learning.
This in turn kills creativity, 'do-er capacity' and entrepreneurship within learners; stifling their growth. Also creates many social ills, with an incapacitated workforce good at maintaining the status-quo and convention.
Targeting 0-18 year olds, EbLearning.™ will essentially be training future workforce. Most of which will be inducted in E'Or offices across the globe or go on to become global disruptors.

Our INVESTMENT STRATEGY
E'Or Holdings, Ltd.™ typically invest $6 million to $30 million of equity per transaction in companies that generate trailing 12 month earning before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of at least $2 million and is actively looking for the following types of investment opportunities:
