The decision to purchase/acquire a distressed German Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) firm based in Shanghai/China, was gut-wrenching. But, has by far become one of the most rewarding business risks Jane ever made.
Jane was able to flip over the company (now known as E'Or SOLUTIONS, Inc.™), restructure management/operations, re-design overall strategies, inject working capital ... to stay afloat.
Today, E'Or SOLUTIONS, Inc.™ has performed over 100 Foreign Direct Investment deals within China; is now scaled to Africa (E'Or Holdings, Ltd.™ as a Private Equity fund) and equally works with Accredited Western Investors.
Jane Lepawah is also the founder of food'atWORKS.™, a bespoke Health/Wellness lifestyle brand); the author of 2 books -"3 Years in 3 months: How to Go from Concept to Commerce Without Years Wasted in Trial & Error" and "No-Hospital Guide to Breast Cancer Healing: How I Reversed Stage 3 on 4 Breast Cancer".
