We found the premise of the fitness industry is, first you get people to routinely eat all the wrong foods for them to bulk and fatten-up. Then, get them to work OUT the wrong foods from their system through strenous routines that get them to sweat (burning calories and removing toxins) and sculpt.
Nonetheless, people who gym still get terminally ill because these foods interfere with their bodies at a cellular level, building up a lot of acidity the body cannot withstand over time inspire of them gyming.
